This was a very powerful story. You could almost feel the sadness that the young girl felt. I think that every girl in the 7th and 8th grade should read this book. To show what could happen and does happen even when you don't expect it. When you are 13 you have your whole life to live and should not have to deal with the responsiblity of having to change into an adult. I highly recommend this book.Product details

this is such an important read for so many, it should provoke thought and insight. The story of a young girl and her experiences, but told in a retrospective point of view as she is now an adult with a daughter.
